We are owner operated and live right here in West Maui, so you never have to deal with an
impersonal rental agency

There are no "out clean" or other additional fees. We thoroughly clean the condo prior to your arrival and our cleaner can be hired by you for intermediate cleaning if you wish.
How to reserve:
We require a 50% deposit when you make your reservation in order to hold your dates. The balance must be received at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. Once you are paid in full, we send directions and notify the front desk of your arrival. We will take a credit card number to hold your dates immediately until the deposit arrives in the mail and to serve as a damage deposit, but payments must be in the form of a check.

Our cancellation policy:
 Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your trip, we issue a full refund minus the fee. If you cancel within 60 days pror to your arrival date, the refund is based on our ability to fill your reserved dates. We will refund you as many of your reserved dates as we are able to fill. Your reserving with a credit card or payment of a deposit is explicit acceptance of this policy.
